The ZF Dual sprockets are among the highest quality and technically most advanced sprockets in the world.

The secret is based on combining the durability of steel and the lightness of duralumin.

This aluminum alloy is characterized by its enormous strength and tightness as well as its low weight.

The tensile strength is approximately 11 times that of pure aluminum.
As a result of hardening, duralumin almost achieves the strength of steel.

What has been implemented is therefore lower weight and greater durability.

Millings in the tooth base of the sprocket guarantee optimal self-cleaning.
These millings ensure that dirt cannot accumulate between the teeth and therefore the chain and sprocket do not wear out as quickly.

The durability of ZF-Dual sprockets is approximately three times longer than pure aluminum sprockets and are 50% lighter than steel sprockets.
